Our Partners

Technology Outsourcing Solutions (TOS) Ltd. has the opportunity and expertise to outsource various technologies in high tech fields (not readily available in the marketplace) to other companies, governments, NGOs, etc. that either do not have the resources or choose not to develop these needed technologies on their own. This goal will be accomplished in three ways:

          Part I - Through the purchase of companies that presently own these technologies in high tech fields.
          Part II - Through joint venturing with companies that presently own these technologies in high tech fields.
          Part III - Through the further development of products and services from within these acquisitions and joint ventures.

By merging the existing expertise of TOS with its affiliated partner/relationships into one entity under the Technology Outsourcing Solutions (TOS) Ltd. umbrella, TOS will then not only provide much needed services and technology product development for the high tech community but also generate a very profitable bottom line.

Part 2- Global Joint Venture Partnership

The following Global Joint Venture Partnerships will help support both the acquisitions and also the development of expanding markets as well as be of a great asset with sales and marketing, product development, specialty expertise and distribution.

IBM – Leverage existing IBM relationship to global markets; work with highly skills resources in areas of medium to large scale hardware and software.

Microsoft – Leverage present relationship with Microsoft for sales and marketing and working with skilled resources in software development.

HP – Leverage existing relationships for the distribution of small to medium sized hardware and hardware technical support globally.

CISCO – Leverage current relationships for networking and security hardware infrastructure for sales and marketing, speciality skills and technical support.
